Tiwale Limodzi Foundation

Tiwale Limodzi Foundation is a newly established arm of the Archdiocese of Lilongwe to lead in implementation of social development initiatives that promote holistic human development by addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges in alignment with Catholic Social Teaching.

The foundation will implement its projects in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Malawi 2063 (MW2063), and Catholic Social Teaching (CST) by fostering sustainable, inclusive, and ethical development on:

  • Community Reforestation Project,
  • School Infrastructure Renovation and Promotion of Access to Education,
  • Civic Education and Promotion of Peaceful Elections,
  • Sustainable Livelihoods and Climate Resilience,
  • Health and Hygiene Promotion,
  • Plastic Waste Management,
  • Secondary School Bursaries Project,
  •  Provision of Relief Items to Vulnerable Communities Facing Poverty and Food Insecurity
  •  Renovation and Provision of Equipment for Health Facilities Owned by the Catholic Archdiocese
